Established for 2 yrs, this practice is located within a pharmacy & is seeing about 30 pts/day. About 50% walk in pts from the chemist & pts that have used the online booking options on HealthEngine. Currently the clinic is open 9.30am til 5pm however as the chemist is opened longer, there is an opportunity to add value & to increase your income if you were to have an earlier start & potentially a later finish in alignment w/ when the chemist closes. Currently, weekends are not serviced.
The GP practice is busy atm w/ both COVID & flu vaccinations in full swing. The next nearest GP clinic has closed their books for new pts so plenty of opportunities here to grow; especially if the incoming GP is a female practitioner. Being just 20 kms west of the Melbourne CBD, this is not a DPA location & is MMM1.
The pharmacy has subleased the GP space at the rate of $15K pa. They have 4-Cyte path paying $10k pa for the use of 1x rm so the total rent for this clinic is just $5K pa...the cheapest I have EVER seen! With 2x CR's, a reception, kitchenette, store room (which would become the path room once another GP moves into the 2nd CR), & disabled width toilet, this practice is accredited from Jan '21 til Jan '24.
