This delighted 3 bedroom family holiday home which offers a great outside entertaining area with swimming pool, gazebo area and patio with BBQ all located minutes walk to the Noosa River, Noosa Yacht Club and picnic areas.Downstairs are two bedrooms, front living area and at the back of the house the kitchen, family area and dining which open out onto the lovely entertaining area. Upstairs is the master suite with ensuite. The house is fully fenced making it safe for children.
Visitors love this area for a number of reasons. Noosaville offers the widest choice in cuisine located in one area in Noosa, from fine dining to quaint cafes. There is even a floating restaurant. The proximity to the Noosa River makes Noosaville popular with families and everyone who enjoys the water. There is an excellent boat ramp with trailer parking and those without boats can hire them from one of the many hire services dotted along the river.

Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm
