As a franchisee, you will receive comprehensive support in key business areas, including marketing, administration, and essential collateral, as you build your exclusive territory. In return, you will earn high commissions from sales and finance deals.
What We Are Looking For:
• A strong desire to become a professional Buyer's Agent with a proven track record in the Australian property market, or an outstanding Business Broking professional who excels at putting deals together for both sellers and buyers, while providing finance solutions through referrals to the head office.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion and energy for the work you do.
• A consultative selling approach that prioritizes the client's needs.
• A team player with solid collaboration skills.
• Exceptional personal presentation.
• Well-organized, punctual, and an eye for detail.
• Driver's License is essential.
• Real Estate License required (we can assist in helping you complete your license).
