How much does BROLGA cost?
There is an annual service fee of $225 plus GST per year (currently waived if your office is on our newsletter) which allows you to list an unlimited number of your office/branch's properties on Brolga. This fee relates to the setup of your office/branch and it's profile on Brolga and is not per listing type but for access to all listing areas. So for example if you have a handful of Rural Properties, 2 Businesses For Sale, 1 Commercial Property and a large Rent Roll it is still just the one fee.
What does my annual fee include?
Apart from the access to promote your listings on Brolga, auto generated PDF window cards, auto generated Stock Lists your office will also have its own profile page (eg: RE/MAX Results) with links to your listings, staff profiles and more.
What else can BROLGA do for me?
Enter your listings once, and have them appear on all leading Australian real estate portals (ie: realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, realestateview.com.au, business2sell.com.au, mysunshinecoast.com.au, reiq.com.au, thehomepage.com.au, onthehouse.com.au, allhomes.com.au etc..) We can currently service over 70 general and industry specific real estate portals, which means massive time savings for you. Monthly membership fees starting at $65+gst/month are required to access this service.
